I asked fencer if it would be possible to also add a ladder rating system, that way Higher ranked players are forced to take some challanges from slightly lower rated players

That sounds like a great idea Vikings. I don't fully understand the rating problem here but I think I'm beginning to see what the fuss is about. It seems the problem is that USCF rating system is used to determine the backgammon rating? Or do I have that a bit wrong?
