i am looking for a site where i can buy and sell used books ... dutch books :)

i am looking for rapsodie by elizabeth haydon
(the english version would be rhapsody)
its part 1 of a trilogy of which i already have part 2 and 3 in dutch (publisher: meulenhof)

i might also want to use such a site to sell a book, dragons of autumn twilight by weis end hickman (part 1 of the dragonlance series) .. i had part 1 already, but when i wanted to buy part 2 and 3 the whole trilogy was for sale for a lower price and 2+3 so i bought the trilogy, leaving me with part 1 twice :)

anyway .. does anyone know of such a site ?

Anybody ever read "The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter" by Carson McCullers?

Touching story about love, indifference and innocence lost. They also made a movie from the novel, same title, you can look it up here. ~ toods

harley: hehe that might be a problem i might have as well .. especially when i hear those who already read the book tell me they liked it so much .. i just hope the end wont disappoint me ... as everyone (including the jk rowling) says someone is going to die .. deaths should be described with the correct emotions (ever read george rr martin ?? he rules!! ;))
i am trying to keep myself in hand and be patient .. and not to rush it too much once i have it .. i will try to give myself time to sink into the book once again .. i like it best that way :)

Kata Liana: i like the books because i have my own emotions with them .. movies sometimes force a bit unto you ... but i have to admit the potter movies are great .. almost exactly as i read the books as well .. of course there are bits missing .. but they did a good job .. if you liked the movies then you will like the books as well .. plus the books are ahead of the movies so you can read in advance :)

If anyone knows of such a site that I can go to, please let me know. As far as the recommended reading list, I would need everyone's input on that. A lot of people probably would not like my style of books, so my recommended reading would probably not be that great. :)

at least those are the ones that i remember right at once ... so i must have loved them a lot :)

about 15 years ago i slowly turned to reading fantasy and since about 10 years 99% of what i read for fun is fantasy.

I think it would be a good suggestion for each board to have such a related links list.

The word 'Mosaic' is merely a witicism coined by the famous Albert Einstein as an explanation to the Nazis in answer to what is his religion.

Definition of 'Cosmologist':

An Astronomer who studies Evolution and Space-Time in relation to the Universe.

For what I read in your profile, I think you must read "The Alchemist", "Brida" and "Manual of a warrior light". Brida is the manual of a witch...

For those who are not religious, "The Devil and Miss Prym" will be a better choice. It´s his best book, IMHO...
