Do you have to make a return to YOUR Govt once a month or whereever to return to them the VAT collected from customers of yours?

I know that VAT has been in the UK, NZ, and Aust for many years now (maybe called something different) but didnt realize that the Czech Rep. also have that system.

Over here, if someone from another country uses our services there isnt any Vat, GST or whatever paid.....for instance, I contract to a Solicitor and if we do work for a client in the UK he isnt required to pay our GST....I would have thought that would have been practically universal... The USA has a similar situation I think, but I do stand to be corrected/.

What would the chances be of having a "no right click" on peoples pics that are posted here....there are idiots that save these pics and use them to post to other sites without the permission of the person whose pics they are.
Or better still....BAN the person/persons concerned, who are posting the pics.

Czuch: it is the easiest thing in the world to set up an independant chat room...well it used to be....I had one on my "FREE" geocities site...I have just checked and I STILL have a chat room on my site....and it works....hasnt been used since 2001.

After a while I find it is far better to play at ItsYourTurn.com, or find other sites. This site was the best at one time but has gone drastically down hill over the last few months. At one time you could talk to Fencer in PM, or on the boards, but these days it seems to be beneath him to even lower himself to answer you most times....

it has been down here as well..but then Im getting used to it.........it is down more than up these days.......I know Fencer says that we all shouldnt go on and on about it, but it is bloody annoying and I, like everybody else feel we should at least get an explanation as to what is going on......

Czuch: in this particular case where violent threats were made against members and mods, a banning would be more appropriate....not necessarily a total banning from the site, but take away ALL posting rights....then if they are re-instated at any time if the person persists with the threatening ways, then ban him/her from the site.

if someone is banned from posting to the boards, why are they allowed to post but cant be seen...banned from posting should mean just that...
