Now what I do when I run (for example 1500 & under) tournaments, before the tournament actually starts, as tournament creator - I go and remove anyone who is then over the limit that was setup (unless it's not by much - like BKR 1505, etc...) but it is up to the tournament creator if they want them to stay or not. 30. 十二月 2003, 20:41:15  Thats up to you, Lythande.
