No ratings have been lost - they are just "hidden". They are hidden for any pawn who has not completed a game within (I think 1 month), and are hidden for a paid member who has not completed a game within (I think 6 months?). All it said at the top in red was "settings changed". Try again? It's not a board you're moderating, is it?
