In the Mod Squad we suggested that there be a button for the globes to ban a player from all board at once. Baiting is not allowed. That is you should not make post which is intended to provoke other users into posting a negative reply. I see posts in this section made by some that could be interpretted as going against those two items. Namely, they do not appear to be "nice", and they surely seem to invite a negative reply.
