what's the problem anyway? Prize tournaments are only an addition to BrainKing features and all of them are created on volunteer basis. The tournament director can define his own rules. Who does not like it, does not have to participate in the tournament. That's the general rule. There are lots of other tournaments that had disappeared after the crash. The membership description says that you can play as many tournaments as you want. There is nothing about "all possible tournaments, especially prize ones". It was solved by sending a filled W-8BEN form for taxing purposes.
