Относно: Re: Grand Chess game notation
Walter,

What is making the notation so confusing is that people are using the names interchangibly between Capablanca Chess and Grand Chess.

In Grand Chess, as you know, the Cardinal (C) moves like a Bishop and/or Knight. The Marshall (M), the Rook and/or Knight.

In Capablanca's chess, the pieces are called the Archbishop, and Chancellor, respectively. Hence the A and the C.
