Относно: This stinks x2

It really stinks that (I) Kiwiyeti is holding up this tournament:
All about Pente!
and (II) that Fencer won't change things so that tournaments advance once a round winner is determined, even if all games are not complete. Slow play is fine, meaninglessly holding up a tournament is not.
