Относно: If you renew a membership, you get only 10 additional vacation days. (10 days max - no matter if you renew 1 or 20 memberships)

coan.net: I could live with this as well. That would equal 45 days which is what a black rook gets. I also would add no "sharing" or "giving away" days etc. Treat vacation days like money in a bank account. when it's gone, it's gone. (until next payday which is a year away!) ;)
