She told me she was going to set a few days up for vacation before the storm hit, just in case. It looks like she did, but there is no telling when her power will be back on.

We'll just have to wait and see. I mostly just wanted everyone to understand that any games she times out in, isn't her fault.

Ellieoop lives in an area of Florida that was hit by the hurricane. She is currently without power, and may be for some time.

If she times out on any games you are playing with her, I hope you will give her the chance to have them restored when her power is returned. Thanks.

There is no change and no problem on BK side. We continuously monitor all activity and there was no downtime, no line malfunction, no power outage. Of course, we cannot be responsible for problems outside BrainKing.

There were a bunch of us webtvers having lots of problems, but it seems to be cleared up now, somehow, except for white screens after each move played...

ok...I can get in here,loonies,and Immortals...but cant play games,send a message(to complain to Fencer) or get to any other discusion boards.I shut down and restarted...but brainking is the only place I'm having trouble:(

vertigo, once a game as finished there can be a period of up to an hour (I believe) before it registers on your game sheet and you receive a message. The system updates evry so often, so notifications are not instant.

I had Chess game (#3888398) where opponent was to time out today in a losing position (move #30). The game is now vanished without a trace!! Not on my games in progress or in my completed games (win, lose, or draw). Can someone please explain?

Ive won a couple of games today and even though bkrs and ratings change etc, not all have made my Wins total change. they have been rated and counted games etc.

Fencer: When we take a game out of the Waiting room we get a red 'You have accepted the game invitation' message at the top of our main page.
Could we not just get a simular message when sending a game invite rather that going to a page saying:
New game has been successfully created.
You can find the list of all games you have created on the main page at Your invitations waiting for response table.
Return to Main page.
There seems to be no real need for that page if we could just have a message at the top of the Main page.
