Jim Dandy: don't bother with the oregano,mustard or soy in this recipe....but use the pineapples and brown sugar for sure.......

awesome:I really appreciate that.I ended up doing a variation of southern fried,but I will definitely use this one the next time

Jim Dandy: I don't care much for shake and bake but the oven fry is wonderful. The chicken is baked and stays so nice and juicy.
