I followed those instructions on that site... pressed F8 at start up till it got to DOS mode, did the WINDOWS\SMARTDRV that went through ok.

Then I tried, CD\DELTREE/Y TEMP
DELTREE/Y COOKIES
DELTREE/Y TEMP
DELTREE/Y HISTORY
