Why wasn't the timeout suspended the website was down for over ten minutes as happened in the past?

For your information, BrainKing suspends the time only if it is down for more than 1 hour, as it always happened in the past. If you spend more time reading server news and less time abusing the system by starting several thousand games and then letting your membership expired, you would probably know that.
