It looks like it's normal to use bad and rude language. It's a nice idea to have a site like this as a safe heaven, even it was not a family site, it is just the way how we treat our opponents/friends. If there's no one to play against this site is useless...
So report, give warnings or delete those people

Pioneer54: Your best option as well, is to put that person on your blocked user list. They will not be able to send you private messages, nor will you see their in-game messages.
