Pedro Martínez: I think when the sections ended, the SB could have been calculated perfectly right, but over the years the saved SB turned to 0 by a bug. I assume this cause many of this tournament players have a 0 SB, if so : 1 of you would have noticed it and many of them would have claimed very loud for correction. But maybe I'm just wrong...

DiceCheater/Moistfinger was by the way involved in the last couple of discussions about slow player and he often complained as mucht, that the moderator deleted some of his flaming posts. Well, now it's official I don't need anymore to take DiceCheater serious in any discussions, to have a 2nd active account is ridiculous and poor.

Otsikko: points wrong calculated
is it for an administrator possible to correct ONLY the points calculated by brainking after a move or does he need to restart the whole game? my opponent got from 39 to 16 after a roll of double-2, so 15 pieces disappeared... i wrote already about the issue 2 days ago through the contact form but didn't got any answer, so I'm wondering if I should move on and maybe loose the game cause of this single error, even if I was supposed to win?

Marshmud: i understand what you mean. but if someone comes in an open forum here to complain about people that "should learn to play faster" as he say, then this might be same humiliating for them "who doesn't play as fast DC think they should" ....so i think if people cant manage temperament and direct reactions on their complaining against people that play for fun in another speed, then they maybe shouldn't complain over other players in public.... so if any opinion is allowed, maybe also mine is...

i don't think it's ok to shoot against players that use their possibilities given by brainking.com as standard possibilities

Otsikko: Re: complaining about slow players
Dice Cheater: seriously? here we are speaking about an issue and you take the chance to complain about slow playing users? come on!!!! we have here options given, that are used from players as they are, no more no less.
so tell me, if players like you that complains about opponents that only uses the options set by the game-opener would it not be better for you only to join games with "no vacation days" set to maybe 1 day or 5 hours or whatever you think is fast enough?

there are players here that enjoy playing on another way as you use to do, they enjoy playing "move by move" without having the stress to play a game fast till the end.

if i have the possibility to join 1500 games at 1 time, 'cause i'm paying for that possibility, i can't see why i should be wrong, just because i enjoy playing differently as you do!

it's very annoying, you didn't very bring any input that matters the issue of aaru, you just came in and complain about "slow playing players"... i don't see the fact... why don't you ask for a new forum board and call them "slow players on brainking"... if it helps

Aaru is loosing lot's of them 'cause of time out, but in all of them the bonus time didn't work.... i use to set Fischer's clock on my new games/tournaments, but if it doesn't work in general or is it a singular error that occured several times to aaru?....... (aaru posted here various issues on his time-outed games)

thanks for taking care

Fencer: dear Fencer. did you find a fix for the bug which allows to brain pawns to join single elimination tournies, even if they have +2000 running games? It still happens so it wasn't fixed yet?

here an example of a newly opened tournament where a brain pawn with +2000 running games was still able to join and start: petty tournament

if you couldn't find a fix for that bug, why don't you just block those 2 or 4 brain pawns which still take advantage from the system without paying?

i don't want to complain, it's just a question. hope you're gonna find some time to answer.

ThunderGr: it's not only the case of brain rook joining before they got brain pawn.

in this example the tournament a brainpawn was able to join. this player had already +2000 opened games, so why was it possible for him to start in this running tournament as pawn with +2000 running games?
petty tournament
so this seams for me like i could stop paying for brain rook and then still be able to join open tournaments with single elimination even if i have +2000 or so...?

Otsikko: is Brain Pawn better as Brain Rook
Hi All
A question. The bug is known that Brain Pawn can join over 2000 games and new tournaments even if they are already Brain Pawn since months...

some player noticed that and stop paying for membership and still join new tournaments.

so should i do the same, 'cause they are taking advantage but no one of the administrators kick them out because of them.

so even if brain pawn have only 10 days vacation per year, maybe it is better to get brain pawn?

Fencer: Hi Fencer
We have also the issue in Crowded- and Cloning-Backgammon. The additional or cloned pieces aren't counted for a gammon if still outside at the end of the game. It means i got 2 points instead of 3 or 5 for a gammon. BK makes a difference if the pieces outside are catched or cloned/additional... Do you have a possibility to fix that?

Hi, I have a question, if the time LIMIT is set to 15 days, but the game is a 5 games match, does it mean for every single game of those 5 the limit is 15 days, so 5 games x 15 days = max. 75 days? or is the limit of 15 days for all of the 5 games, so for the whole match?

hi all
the last 24 hours i'm having auto pass issues on different games against different players, it means even if the opponent can't make a move, he has to confirm the pass... is there anyone else that has the same issue on games with active auto pass? there is no doubling in the affected games...

If people click to send their moves, it doesn't care if it was a wrong move, it is part of the game to make mistakes or am I wrong? If you're not sure about a move, you just shouldn't send.

i will follow the plakoto problem on the specific board... but sincerely, the game settings are already set AT SMALL, since beginning and how can i play properly plakoto, if i can't see the right situation? and there are also plakoto games which works properly...

so thx again Fencer for your precious time, i came to you cause i didn't get any answer from your tech support, since i told them that my settings are already at small position... so another player gave me the hint to email you directly...

Otsikko: fevga and plakoto errors
hi all, at first i hope you understand my english, that is more puzzled together as anything else...

since a week i had to report 6 plakoto and 2 fevga games to the tech staff because rolls were processed wrongly....

fevga-typical problems are: 2 rolls of 6+6 and 5+5 couldn't been played by the opponent, he had to pass over to me, even if we were already since min. 3 moves running the game, so it wasn't a pass over at beginning of a random game.... he you can see an example of the last passed roll:
Fevga (SolidGold vs. speachless)

at plakoto:
instead of trapping an opponents piece, you hit it, this happened on 6 different plakoto boards...

i went over some archived plakoto games and there i can see the problem sometimes too...

i'm interested if you are making similar experiences....

tech support told me to set the backgammon game setting to smal sized....but it was already, it's not that problem....

thx
