How is it Mystic River, creates so many tournaments, signs up for each with a low rating, yet
takes no part in them, also how do you create multi-tournaments like this

WellyWales: she created them a long time ago, many a year in advance, and has since been gone, and timed out in a ot of them, thus the low rating
