If people would set up a tournament would just set the PLAYERS RATING out of there range. Then they could not join as many tournaments. Just some thing for people to think about...  16. And guess what. I won by time out.The worst part is the fact that there was no move at all by my opponent. Practically the game never started...I just wonder why even bother joining a tournament if you cannot play?whatever... 17.
