It's time for the last Keryo Tourney of 2012! #3 is soon to start, so sign up before December 1!

the timer is 1 day 9 hours which seems to be the clear winner for ending a tournament in a timely 1 month window. Also the 10 people max in one big section seems to be a good choice and will be used as well.
