Czuch: The federal government is a huge beaurocratic mess, they cant do anything without triple copies in duplicate, you always hear stories of how they paid $1000 dollars for a hex nut or whatever, they cant even pay their own bills etc etc....
Have you NEVER seen "Independance Day" ??? thats how they fund area 51.....sheesh

Czuch: I think we need government..I just think the people should have a more active roll in what it does...like their payraises...we should have a say in if that happens or not....the bank bail out..what about OUR voice being heard of if the government should have done it or not..prayer in schools,taxes...checks and balances sure, within the system they have it,let US be heard too tho....they govern to us what THEY think is right but never actually see what the people feel about it.
LOVE the ones that sit there on their moral high horses and then it comes out they had a gay affair,LMAO...those are the best.

I agree with Tuesday..people SHOULD be held responsible for their own actions,I think prayer SHOULD be back in school too...maybe I wouldn't pray to they same God you did,and maybe you wouldn't pray at all,but it would be owr own free choices....not like Tuesday would be shouting the Lord's prayer in the face of an athiest, and nor should they scream back God doesn't exsist....if everyone just silently did their own thing...why should it matter...who is it hurting...taking scores out of games is just rediculios....kids SHOULD want to win,not just slide by.If I have a kid that wanted to "slide by" and not work to achieve greater things,I would toss him into a hole somewhere.
Where the hell am I going with this post? I dunno,I am still medicated,lol....anywho..I THINK my point was going to be that you are the one that is trying to lump libs and conservs...sometimes people just dont fit into your lil molds..if that wasn't the point I was trying to make, let me get off these pills and then I will make it :)

She left the buggy right there in the middle the the aisle way..it was K-Mart..I remember that! never again did I test her on that one!!

It's not just me that thinks he should have helped more....I'm just the one here saying anything about it....how about sucking it up and just say...ya know what, these people are TRAPPED and need some help....ohhh,noooo,I think I would rather stay on vacation

Artful Dodger: Help should have started at a local level...when THAT failed, and we seen imagies on TV of bloated bodies floating around the city, people stuck on the roofs of their houses, all the people stuck in the football stadium, begging for help, for water, for food for a way out, when the local level failed as it did,the Whitehouse SHOULD HAVE stepped in.
He finds it very easy to butt his nose into others problems all over the world but when Katrina hit...Bush was....oh yeah!! VACATION! he was on vacation, playing golf, and singing his little country songs and roasting mashmellows...thats what Bush was doing. Was it HIS responsibility and his ALONE to help, nope, but for God's sake, put the marshmellows down, step away from the golf club and ...here's a thought...HELP YOUR COUNTRYMEN OUT!

I AM a democrat...WHO says I am a liberal right winged one?? you?? Chuck?? WHO said I HATED BUSH from DAY ONE?? you?? Chuck??? because I surely didn't.so you say I don't need a spreadsheet,I don't need to mail you some documents,WHAT do you want?? what do you want!? I think my opinions ARE rational...but wtf do I know anyways, huh? NOTHING I say you will be happy with...you nit pick EVERYTHING to death.I want YOU to show ME some rationale to Bush's desisions in his favor.Guess what....you can and I still would probably NOT agree with them...so where does that leave us?? back to square one.

Like I said...we can debate this till the day we both die,we will never agree. This is a moot point between us,really. No one wins...I have my feelings, you have yours...I just hope you are happy with how Bush led our country the past 8 years and the legacy that he has left...

I feel Bush's track record speaks for itself of his bad choices....I also feel tho,and I was just talking to a friend about this the other day...that perhaps he didn't surround himself with the best people,to make the best choices.

Artful Dodger: I don't like him.I supported him in the begining because he was our President and if we,as a nation, doesn't stand behind it's leader, how does that make us look?
Has he done some good things...yes! he has...he hasn't dicked up the ENTIRE 8 years, just the majority of it.....no doubt...I WILL point to Iraq.....did he screw it up...yep,I personally think that he handled it wrong...I think we could have been MORE sucessful over their if he had gone about things differently.....Now...you will I'm sure make your next post to me...well HOW Anastasia...HOW should have have done things differently...I dunno...I am not the one sitting in the big chair...but I think SOME THING could have been done,or can STILL be done to wrap this thing up already.
I blame ALOT of people for the economy....does he take most of my anger...yep...sort of like when the waitress brings you your food that is messed up...she is the one that catches the attitude altho the only thing she did was serve it to ya..she didn't cook it....but he had a hand in the economy too,as did alot of others...I really have no use for MOST of the poloticians sitting in Washington right now.
We are out here in a weak economy, people have to choose between paying a mortgage and putting food on the table, kids are getting sick and can't go to a Dr for treatment because they have no insurance and yet the politicians see fit to vote themsleves a payraise...ohhh,goodie for THEM!
We disagree on this Art....we always will,I'm sure....these are MY opinions....I am entitled to them, just like you are entitled to yours,it's allll good.I hate Bush tho, nothing you or Chuckie can say will change my mind on that

Also...."the point that you refuse to comprehend is what the cost of doing nothing would have been?"
HOW do you know what I refuse to comprehend or NOT comprehend??
I DID agree with this war,in the beginning...I have NEVER EVER EVER said that I was opposed to it...after 9-11 I absolutly feel we needed to go kick somebody's a**! What I do NOT agree on is that Bush led us over there with the whole WOMD thing, and then guess what....we couldn't find any...then if THAT wasn't bad enough the JACKASS has the chahoonas to JOKE ABOUT IT! JOKE! Who the FLIP makes a JOKE about something like THAT?? the sick frig! Our guys and woman are over their DYING and he lifts up a TABLECLOTH and says..."opps,no weapons of mass destuction hiding there" *chuckle, chuckle* ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
We need to set a timeline up to get not only our military but also our civilians out of Iraq already.Enough is enough.I WAS in favor of military action, now we need to leave and let them either figure it out or blow each other up and be done with it! THAT is my point on it.
