That I see the conservatives on HERE playing the race card whenever anybody disagrees with them.

Another way of saying this that that every time someone disagrees with a conservative, the conservative plays the race card.

Since the liberals on here almost ALWAYS disagree with conservative points of view, then what Jules is saying is that in ALL THESE CASES, the race card is played.

That of course is a patently false statement.
