we have a great chance going thou to next round if this happens even thou im not in that fellowship anymore would i still be playing on there team

"Snoopy": Yes - you will continue. As long as a person is there for the start, even if they are a pawn or even no longer with the fellowship or team - they will continue and finish what was started in the team tournament. (At least I'm pretty sure of that.)
