This is not true. I remember at least three other cash prize tournaments. 6. But when I see a person who is the ONLY obstruction from a tournament to move on for SUCH a long time, it drives me nuts. If you resign a game where under 2 moves by each of the sides have been made, it still counts as a loss but you don't lose any BKR points. 3.
