So I reset the settings again. It worked good for two days and then didn't notice till yesterday that once again, my action points setting was off and didn't get action points for 4 days. Now I am having to check the settings everytime I log in to make sure they are on. This happened several times last month also. You can see my action point history and trace the incidents. 9. But when I went to my profile page, I realized I did not have action points either. So I clicked on the link for the points and at the top of THAT page, it said I was not accepting points and to click here. Now i see they are working for me too. I'm glad you posted Hannelore.
