Let me see if I get this...if I am a pawn, I can only be plaing 13 games when the tourny starts?

How about, if someone signs up for a tourny and when it starts they don't have enough slots open they can play but as soon as a regular game is done it takes that spot and no more game s can be taken? To difficult or to many variables?
