I admit that I no longer join team tournaments because the disadvantage is that we have no control over our participation in a tournament. But I’ve sometimes difficulties to join a team tournament. Either I can't find a team, or sometimes the team doesn't sign up for the tournament, or players leave the team and it’s no longer possible to join the tournament.
