what's the problem anyway? Prize tournaments are only an addition to BrainKing features and all of them are created on volunteer basis. The tournament director can define his own rules. Who does not like it, does not have to participate in the tournament. That's the general rule. There are lots of other tournaments that had disappeared after the crash. It was solved by sending a filled W-8BEN form for taxing purposes. He/she can apply any additional rules on the particular tournament. Whoever does not like it, can easily sign up for another tournament.
