The boats are placed in a raingutter and the competitors act as the wind source by blowing the boat from one end of the gutter to the other  Here are some real life pictures of a Raingutter Regatta event.

Since it's difficult to get us all together on such short notice (much less taking time to build all those little boats), we are simply including all BrainKing naval tactics games in our tournament. If a player is normally just under 1500 and happens to win three games in a row right before the tournament, an automatic system would knock him out even though he may be back under 1500 after three more games. 16.
