I don't remember Naked Empire so I guess that one and forward I haven't read.

redfrog: Are these good? ...I just love series books and am ready to start a new one...if they are sappy romantic stories I am not interested, but if they involve history and fantasy I would like it. What is the theme?

ajtgirl: you might try Clive Cusslers "Dirk Pitt" series.....an example is "Sahara", which they made a movie of.

ajtgirl: no - they are really good - i cant say there isnt romance - but its not sappy - the point of the books is a philosophical look at the rules of magic and the application of these rules as an art form - each book is based on a rule... and the main characters discovering of its artistic application - i highly recommend...
