This years format and speed was one of the best. Next year I'll increase the number of games needed to win in a two person final match to 10....I believe that's the max...probably won't come down to two people though again anytime soon but still a good learning. I said him i think it is not justice if somebody 3 times white and the outher player is 3 times black in the final and the winner needs 3 won games. Karlw said me he will ask you or Lanser from this theme and we can play on the pente.org while somebody will win with white-black in one time he will the final winner , i have waiting for his answer when he didn't move our last game and i got a mail i'm the winner of the St. Pat 2010 tournament, after Karlw invited me for two games , it was a draw , after he invited me again that was in one time with the SPP tournament i had 32 + 2 games in one time, i didn't concentrated in 100% my games versus Karlw , because i tought the St. Pat tournament is over . I remember our deal and i keep my promise! We can make 4 things: 1. I'm the winner because Karlw ran out of time in the final game. 2. Karlw is the winner because, i lost in the longer ,and more justice final round. 3. We play more games to decide who will the winner . 4. There is 2 winners (Karlw and Novatis) because that was a lot of draw and some ambiguous situations. Rather than splitting the prize just yet both players have agreed to play more sets until someone can finally win both games in the set. So, it will either turn out that we have a "winner takes all" or a whole slew of additional tied sets all the way to February 17th (at the LATEST) in which case I will split the prize amongst both finalists. Novatis and Karlw, As far as the parameters go I recommend keeping the two day time limit, 1 game alternating colors, and INSTEAD of selecting "normal game", maybe you select "10 game match" ?? That way you can post the link and we can all follow the progress until the matter is resolved? The first one who wins a set as both White and Black takes the crown? or you guys can just play out the 10 matches or as many sets as can be played by February 17th 2011 and the highest score wins also? We're way ahead of schedule really for this tournament (I really like the section sizes and times this year, finally seemed to have hit the pace I was aiming for).
