Hi,

I'm thinking about becoming a paying member, but I don't understand the wording on one of the payment options. It says:

"Paying by a credit/debit card or via your PayPal account is processed on PayPal."

Can I or can I not use a credit card without going through PayPal?

It is true, this board is not to be used for asking computer questions, regardless of what boards can/cannot be visited.

I think the staff at brainking have some big issues to deal with when it comes to posting.

I made a post for a general question about music sites. Sure it was on a board that is not perfectly suited to the post, but then again, how many other posts are not perfectly suited to the board they are posted on?

To be outright harassed and attacked on my post, and to make blatant accusations on another board about the meaning of such an innocent post is not right at all. I have taken great offence to this treatment and I would hope this will be looked into a little more.

if I have a question about computers I don't ask Wallmart just because everyone goes there and they sell computers, I go to a computor store. you want to know about music downloads on a computer, go to either the music board http://brainking.com/en/Board?bc=43, or the computer board http://brainking.com/en/Board?bc=52, or both, I would suggest the latter.

Vikings: everyone looks here and anyone who would look at a music board would also look on this board anyway. The same cannot be said about the reverse.

actually if you want the most knowledgable answer to a question, go to where there are more likely to be the most experienced or knowledgable people,

Vikings: I think GC is the most appropriate because it spans numerous topics. That is not an option for me though

I didn't know they could be turned on or off..I just made the point of some cheats.

BrainKing.info is down again. At least for me. It seems whenever a new article is published, I can't get to it. Maybe it just can't handle the load of everyone trying to access it.

MadMonkey: Maybe Fencer is getting ready for a "scavenger" hunt - to see how many a person can find.

But I also think it would make an interesting "hidden" points - randomly put the little brainy icon on a few pages throughout the site, when clicked, hidden action points are rewarded - plus if it keeps moving, they can't just go tell their friends about where it is.

OK, am I going nuts - occasionally this morning, I have seen some small BK icons on top of some discussion boards - sometimes to the left of the board name, sometimes on top/middle of a discussion board. I go back to the page, and it is gone.
