The ratings take into consideration current ratings of you & your opponent, plus how many games you and your opponent has played. The more games complete, the less of a rating change there will be. If you already cleared your cache, then try to restart the browser or PC. You can also force a full reload by holding down SHIFT key and hitting the reload button.
