Unfortunately, the numbers have dwindled a little since the SuperLeague began. I don't think I will be able to sustain 5 divisions. I actually expected this to happen and I have a contingency plan. Depending on your place at the end of this season you will be placed in one of four divisions in the next season. The process of reducing five divisions to four will have some interesting effects on the promotion/relegation system, but don't worry, it all makes sense and is perfectly fair on you, the players. In division 2, the top four players will go on to play in the NEW division 1. The bottom player will go on to play in the NEW division 2. If numbers continue to dwindle, the four divisions will be reduced to three. To be honest I will be prepared to continue running the SuperLeague as long as there are enough players to keep two divisions running I am planning on keeping the 20 20 time structure as I suspect that the tighter time controls may have put some players off.
