Princess Alison: I had tons of problems with this site UNTIL I switched to Netscape. Most folks will tell you once they switched browers the site works much better. The smily icons dont take eons to load either!
ceridwen: I have re-booted, i have cleared the cache, i ahve defragmented, i have cleaned up my disk space, i have done everything and it is still the same, its now got to the stage that i ahve to click the "move" button at least 3-4 times, before the page will actually move.
Fencer: I am here all the time though, everyday, 7 days a week, even now trying to come onto this page took aprrox 2 minutes, surely that isnt right. Every page takes ages to load, and it never used to be like that, it is very very frustrating. I honestly believe this isnt a network problem.
wellywales: My experiences are that many people who log in only once a day and they just experience a temporary downtime which takes 30 seconds, they call it "a big problem". That's not a big issue. Moreover, our monitoring system logs all downtimes and we know exactly what the performance is. Of course, we cannot be responsible for network problems outside our scope.
Fencer: It is true, a lot of people are having problems in the UK, I am using FireFox as well this has not helped much, perhaps we need a survey or a feed back on the problem.
I've seem that 'connection refused by brainking.com' too. I thought it could be from the number of players or something, so I gave it a couple of minutes, and it would be fine again.

Princess Alison: No, you don't. Because the changes and downtimes that must have been done during this week were mostly related to the multilingual support. Which absolutely doesn't affect the English speakers.
playBunny: Thats what happens to me, it takes ages for the game to load, u take your move, then click the move button and then the damn thing freezes up, buuuuuut this morning this site has a rocket up its bum and going like the clappers, and the USA are all tucked up in bed, do u think that might have soemthing to do with it
