I'd not worry about anything until you actually see huge changes. And everyone knows that what really keeps things off the boards are good moderating and the fear of being hidden or banned. This would help keep the fellowship active. If the manager does not want the Big Boss role, he or she would be able to pass it on to someone who wants it, or keep the fellowship active until the former Big Boss returns as a paying member, or, if no one wants the Big Boss position, arrange to have the fellowship hidden until the former Big Boss decides to come back. Oceans Apart: I believe the BIG BOSS changed the board name, not Fencer. Fencer was looking into doing something about it, but once the BIG BOSS knew of the problem, they changed it themselves.
