Flaming and baiting of other members and 'naming and shaming' as you put it is against the Brainking User agreement for all public boards. You have the right to post your opinions and complain about slow players, just not the right to complain about specific members. It is permitted to take as long to move a game as the time limit allows. What is not permitted on this site is "shaming and naming" players on public boards just because you think they "are stupid or rediculous" or taking too long to play. There are members who don't like waiting for others to move, altho it is their priviledge to take as long as the time limit allows, and also to play as many games as they choose. I suggest you join some of the fast players fellowships and play fast games and tournament only if slow players bother you that much.
