So sorry I hv been away for so long but I hvbeen very ill...I suffered a seizure back in October and I am still very weak. However...I need to see if anyone out there might have an idea ofhow to get rid of the pain of Vascular Headaches...I get them almost daily and they are practically debilitating

..so if anyone has any ideas I am all earslol.

again sorry i hv been away so long hope to be here more frequently

hello my friends it is great to be back!!! and i want to say hello my dearest Purple!! btw if anyone has any ideas for chronic low back pain that i could use in order to get away from prescription meds it would be most appreciated.
