Nosovs started this tournament and though he has recently retired, many of us decided we'd like the tradition to continue as usual on January 1. This is an INVITE only tournament, all of the 6 players Nosovs originally selected are re-invited to this tourney. In order to achieve a total of 10 players, those of us already in the tournament have agreed on whom should be chosen to fill the remaining tourney slots.

Also, all of the tournament parameters Nosovs originally selected have been maintained.
