I wonder which oil company stands to gain the most from the recent attacks on American embassies?
I paid 3.72 for 87 octane today.

mckinley: its self explanatory.any educated person knows the meaning.
it does seem rather odd, that 2..now 3 christians here on this board want to criticize and ridicule anyone that throws out another option or opinion. so much for "brotherly love."
myself...I'll stick to the "harm ye none" philosophy.

the book of Ezechiel describes what I believe to be,an ALIEN encounter.

Artful Dodger: it doesnt matter. the charges are still exorbitant.
yomama care, just forces everyone to be held up by the price gouging hospitals.
just like the government forcing the auto industry to build vehicles that get better gas mileage, then over-looking what people are paying at the pump.

Subject: healthcare
as I see it...many people over look the main problem. its the root of the whole issue.
who in their right mind, pays 32.00 for a .79 package of tissue?
15.00 for 2 aspirin?
265.99 for some guy to take an x-ray...
357.89 for another to read it..

these prices are extreme to the point of being unbelievable..but true.
HOSPITALS
they gouge the insurance companies
they gouge the patients
they gouge the government
they gouge the doctors
etc
then kick back, rake in trillions while everyone points fingers at each other.

in the U.S. its the rising costs of utilities, recession, and "green" awareness.
houses are selling for 50 cents on the dollar in some areas..which puts a strangle hold on the construction industry.

then you claim I need history lessons by saying this...""....Edwin Hubble's arrival at Mount Wilson, California, in 1919 coincided roughly with the completion of the 100-inch (2.5 m) Hooker Telescope, then the world's largest telescope. At that time, the prevailing view of the cosmos was that the universe consisted entirely of the Milky Way Galaxy."
