Hello Fencer,
Old Timer and me offered each other a draw in this game but both of us couldn't find a way to accept the draw. Are we doing something wrong?

I changed from all BKR on my main page to just 3, and a "more" link appeared under the 3. When i clicked on the link, they all appeared on the ratings side, but only chess appeared on the positions side.

I've just played a two game Five in a Line match with Skalpone, ending in a Draw. He is rated 1576; I am 1827. But my rating didn't alter; why not?

Subject: Waiting games
Fencer, is there a limit on how many invites a person can put out at one time? I just looked at the waiting games, and 39 of the 54 games are all by the same person.

Subject: Re: Waiting games
I think they just count towards your limit of games. Since rooks don't have a limit, they can put out as many waiting invites as they want :-)

Subject: Re: chess rules
It explains in the game rules of chess (link on the left). If i remember correctly, neither of those rules, as well as not having enough pieces to checkmate, is not supported at this time.

Why do I write the rules when almost nobody reads them? There is a note about writing to info@brainking.com with a request to finish a game with some draw situation.

Are you aware there are certain circumstances in which 75 moves are allowed, rather than 50?
Sometimes it takes 72 moves to checkmate with optimal play without a pawn move or capture!!!!

Fencer
Subject: Re: Chess Rules (50 move rule)
Of course I know that. It is applicable e.g. for a situation with king, rook and bishop against king and rook. The other possibilities are:
1) King and two knights against king and pawn.
2) King, rook and pawn against king, bishop and pawn.
But there are more restrictions for the last two situations, especially about pawn positions.
