This should be posted on the Checkers Variants DB or Brainking or General Chat. Very few people will read it here and it also off topic. Thanks.

BIG BAD WOLF: It is a good policy, time permitting, for the deleter to notify the poster and the main mod to prevent the confusion. This DB is not controversial if people stick to home remedies. If we can give some new ideas to people who are ill it can be a great F/S.

JamesHird: There were many off topic posts that appeared during the night when I wasn't here to moderate so a Global Moderator stepped in and hid them. Sorry for the confusion but I do support what the GM did. This is for health and home remedies and all related posts will be welcome..but not any others. Thanks.

MindyDaBrat: I recommend protein to help repair tissue after anerobic exercise but as an energy source it is inferior to complex carbs. Any unused protein the body excretes or stores as fat. Even so I used to gulp tons of protein shakes. LOL.

What the kind and gentle Princess could not bring herself to say I will say for her. When she rid herself of the cause of her headaches and replaced it with someone who REALLY cared..poof went the migraines.

Subject: Re: Mommy's Not Feeling Well:((
The usual medical treatment for Shingles is Elavil and Vicodin. The pain lasts longer than the rash and, depending on the persons age, can take up to 8 weeks to end. Once it passes you can never catch it again. Medical advice courtesy of my first wife...sue her. LOL.
